using the timesheet feature. You can find the timesheet under <strong>&#8220;Timesheets&#8221;<\/strong> in the Attendance Tracking module, specifically in the section <strong>Attendance &gt; Timesheets<\/strong>. The timesheet displays <strong>scheduled and actual hours<\/strong>, any <strong>hour differences, allowances,<\/strong> and<strong> absences<\/strong>. Additionally, it shows last month\u2019s cumulative hour difference and remaining vacation days. The timesheet is displayed monthly.<\/p>\n<p>You can download the timesheet as a<strong> PDF, CSV,<\/strong> or <strong>Excel file<\/strong>. If your company structure is set up in your account and employees are assigned to departments, you can also download timesheets<strong> for multiple users<\/strong> simultaneously by selecting a department and downloading the timesheet as a PDF for employees within that department.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Simply click the<strong> \u201cplus\u201d button<\/strong> on a specific day to enter the hours worked. Go to<strong> Settings &gt; Attendance and Leave &gt; General<\/strong> to activate the locks, and under <strong>\u201cTimesheets,\u201d<\/strong> you can lock an employee\u2019s timesheet for a specific month.
