Too many appointments quickly become confusing. That’s why the filter options in TimeTrack’s schedule planner are especially handy. Filter by a specific customer, project or hashtag (#) to see all the related appointments and have a clear overview. You don’t have to worry about vacations, holidays or other absences, because TimeTrack takes care of them automatically. These are shown grey in the calendar. This way nothing stands in the way of easy planning.
In the calendar view you can easily create and schedule appointments. For optimal efficiency, you can choose between a daily, weekly and monthly view. You can also personalize the layout of the calendar’s columns. If your working time does not cover the whole week, you can hide specific days, such as Saturday and Sunday. Of course, you can also create appointments in the future and thus easily plan in advance.
Creating appointments has never been so easy! With a simple double click you can enter a new appointment. After you have selected the day and time, you can also specify the customer, project and activity. Now all you have to do is assign employees to the appointment. If you need employees with certain qualifications, you can quickly select them by using the ‘skills’ filter. This makes the scheduling process a lot easier!

Change of plan? No problem. With TimeTrack you can move your appointment – literally. With Click and Drag you can change the duration of the appointment, with Shift and Drag you can move it to a different time or day. If you need reinforcement for an appointment, you can also easily add more employees.
Your planning will remain error-free thanks to TimeTrack. If you want to schedule several appointments at the same time, a warning will appear in your calendar. Be aware that this is only a notification. The system will not prohibit you from scheduling. Such overlaps will only be marked in the calendar view.
A central authorization system is of great importance in any company. If you assign only necessary authorizations to your employees, you make the system easier and more efficient to use.
With TimeTrack you can assign up to 50 permissions to your employees. These permissions vary from functions such as manually recording or automatically deducting breaks and allowing access to projects to assigning roles such as admin, team leader or external collaborator.
Can more than one employee be assigned to an appointment?
Yes, multiple employees can be assigned to one appointment. Go to the Info Center where we have explained the process for you.
Is it possible to create recurrences in the schedule?
No, you can only create a new appointment or copy appointments in the calendar.
Is it possible to notify employees about their schedule?
No, employees can always view their appointments in the web app itself. However, they will not receive an email that an appointment has been assigned to them.
Is it possible to link the TimeTrack scheduler with the Outlook calendar?
This option does not exist yet, but should appear in the future.
Is the schedule available on smartphones and iOS devices?

In which subscription model is the schedule included?
The schedule is offered in the Gold model.
