The work time model records the legal working hours of your employees. All employment and employees work relationships are captured and stored. Each new work time model comes into effect on the date the new employee joins the company. Manually enter all scheduled employee hours, for the employees or create templates if multiple employees have the same employment relationship.
If an employee has changed their employment relationship within a year, you can easily create a new work time model. If an employee has different work time models within a vacation year, TimeTrack calculates the vacation entitlement based on the employee data and current work time model. You can also create surcharges for employees working on holidays or weekends.

Every user can see how many vacation days have been used up until today and how many are still remaining through the attendance software. If an employee hasn’t used up all vacation days, they can be carried over to the next year. Sometimes employees also receive additional vacation days as a bonus, which can also be tracked using the attendance software. Only authorized users, as defined in the settings, can manually enter vacation carryovers into the system.
In the project time tracking module, you can manually enter time entries or use a timer. Click on the timer in the top right corner of the screen for a quick start. We suggest ongoing projects or activities, so you can continue where you left off. You can also start new projects or activities. Once you finish your work, stop the time clock with a click. The time entry will be immediately saved under the weekly view.

Can I allocate my working hours to different tasks?
Yes. However, we would like to point out that in the section attendance tracking, only the legal working hours of employees are recorded. Can I limit the daily working hours of my employees?
The employer or admin determines the working hours regulation at the same time as the break regulation in the settings. You can then assign this regulation to each user so that no one exceeds the work limit.
Where can I see if employees take their breaks?
In the timesheets, just below their working hours. If someone has not kept their break, you will see a ” warning ” symbol next to their working hours.
Are absences included in the attendance tracking module?
Yes. You can define all absence types to distinguish whether an employee is on holiday, sick leave or time off. As soon as someone enters an absence in the system, the admin receives a notification that the absence must be approved. Once the request is accepted, the absence is automatically noted in the leave or absence calendar so that everyone has access to the information.
What are the absence types?
The most common are holiday, sick leave, compensatory time and maternity leave. However, you can add other absence types manually if necessary.
Why is the remaining holiday from the previous year not automatically carried over to the next year?
The reason for this is that leave carryovers are entered manually. You can only do this if you have the user authorisation.
