Do i need to choose a subscription plan before the trial?
No! After you create Account you will be assigned to TRIAL plan. You can test TimeTrack for 14 days completely free. During the TRIAL or after the expiration you can select a paid plan.
Are there any additional costs/fees?
No! We don’t charge for activation, management or support, like other providers. You even get the Admin user for FREE!
What are the calculation of costs per user?
Within every paid plan you will get Admin user for FREE. You can change your plan or plan duration at any time. You can add additional users or remove active users at any time. The costs will be prorated.
Are there discounts for more than 20 users?
Yes, contact us and you will get a quote.
Can I install Timetrack Enterprise on our own server?
Yes, we can set up TimeTrack on one of your company’s servers! Just send us the number of users and we will send you a quote. Contact us
What happens after the 14-day free trial period?
You are going to be asked to choose a paid plan. You data won’t be deleted, even if you need more than 14 days to decide.
Are all features enabled during the trial period?
Yes! All TimeTrack features are enabled during the TRIAL period.
How can I cancel a subscription plan?
We offer monthly and yearly paid plans. You can cancel your plan at any time. In settings you can disable automatic renewal of the plan and your plan will be canceled after the expiration of current plan.
Can i use TimeTrack Enterprise on Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry devices and Tablets?
Yes, we have native App for iOS and Android. You can use Android App for Windows Phones and Blackberry as well. You can use Web App on mobile devices as well, its fully optimized.
Can you implement additional features, in case we miss one?
Yes! This is only possible within On Premise license model, if we set up TimeTrack on your server or on one that we rent for you. Just send us number of users and a feature description, we will send you a quote. Contact us
