When you enter an expense, you must assign it a project and a client. You can give each expense an individual name, such as: flight costs, hotel, restaurant, other costs, etc. Each entry is immediately saved by our system so that the subsequent travel expense report can be carried out as easily as possible. In addition, we save all types of costs and suggest them first for the next entry!
After all relevant expenses for the business trip have been recorded, we continue with the travel expense report. For this, you must first define a customer and the subject for your invoice. Fill in all required fields, leave the rest to us. We show you all the entries and expenses incurred during your business trip.
We are working to ensure that the travel expense report does not become a tedious task for you. Together we record all expenses directly via your smartphone. All data is synchronized in real time, so nothing is lost. Time is too precious to be wasted on secondary activities. Together we use your time efficiently and take some of your work off your hands.
Once you’ve added the relevant expenses to the invoice, all you have to do is press the invoice icon and you’ll have a finished invoice in PDF form. Added an output you no longer need? No problem! You can easily remove outputs and download the new PDF file.

If you don’t like the layout of the invoice, you can edit and adapt it under Settings. The layout and the content can be easily changed. We offer over 50 settings to enable you to find the perfect layout for your business.
