Project and location based
Available online and offline
Synchronized with the cloud
Mobile working time recording allows you to record your working times anytime and from anywhere – whether in the office, home office or on the road. Digitize your company with the introduction of employee self service and save time!
Record your working hours on the go with the TimeTrack mobile app! The mobile time tracking allows you to track your times to the minute – anytime and from anywhere. The mobile time clock is especially handy to add forgotten times. The purpose of the time tracking app is to optimally support employees in the field. However, the mobile app only acts as an extension of the web app. Your working times are automatically synchronized and are immediately visible in the web app.
TimeTrack allows you to start and stop your working hours depending on your location when GPS is activated. As soon as you are near your office, the time clock activates automatically. When you leave your office, the time clock is stopped. This feature can be set up with just a few clicks, saving you extra time. For safety, we still recommend that you check your times, as errors can occur due to poor GPS signal.
The time clock does the work for you! Even when you close the TimeTrack mobile app, your time clock keeps ticking. It works both online and offline and allows employees to start their working hours and project times with just one click. Of course, you can manually record your working hours if needed.
This is especially useful if you have forgotten to track your times with the time clock. Adding working or project times is done with just a few clicks. Breaks that have been taken can also be entered manually.

In addition to the time clock for working hours, the mobile app also offers the project time clock. This allows users to assign their activities directly to a specific project and customer, making it easier to bill them. Just like the time clock for working hours, it only takes one click to start the break or stop the clock. If you want to document expenses in a project, you can use camera access to photograph invoice receipts and assign them to an expense. With the time clock, you can scan the associated QR code to start a project. This saves you additional time.
The TimeTrack mobile app has many features. With the mobile time clock app you can not only track working hours, but also create projects and customers. Especially for activities outside the workplace, such as for craftsmen, construction sites or other service providers, it is practical to be able to assign your activities directly to a customer and a project. Thanks to TimeTrack’s innovative operating options, signatures can be captured or documents uploaded directly in the mobile app.
The mobile app also allows you to organize your absences by requesting or approving new leave. TimeTrack gives you insight into all previous leaves and time compensations- without any restrictions. This guaranteed transparency ensures higher employee satisfaction in companies and allows employees to have a say.
The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android in the AppStore and Google Play Store. With over 500,000 downloads and a rating of 4.7/5 stars, TimeTrack has been impressing numerous companies for years. The app, which is available free of charge, automatically synchronizes your working hours with your account. The mobile app is especially recommended for use on the go.
