Substitute Absences

When an employee is absent, it is typically ensured that another employee takes over their responsibilities.

In TimeTrack, this is possible through the substitution feature. The substitute employee then has the same user rights as the employee they are covering during the absence. Employees who are assigned or requested as substitutes receive notifications via email. TimeTrack also allows for multi-level approvals for substitute assignments.
