Break Regulations for Your Team
Our monthly and annual reports are great timesheets for employees. Users can see how much time they have spent at work this month. This allows you to track legal working hours correctly and maintain a perfect overview of your attendances. You are absent? No problem. We also record all absences. No matter whether time compensation or sick leave: You know on which day you were not at work.
In the attendance tracking module, we record the regular statutory working times of all employees. Simply stamp in and out when coming and going. So the whole team has a perfect overview of their daily working hours. We have integrated a time clock to show how long you have been working today and how many hours are still open until the end of the day. This way everything remains simple and clear.
You want to record your working hours outside of your office? No problem. TimeTrack is quick and efficient. Just take your phone out, start the timer and the workday can begin. Our time clock records the come and go of all employees. You don’t even have to be online to do this, the time recording is also saved offline.
Employees can stamp in and out directly on the Android tablet of their choice with NFC/RFID tags (keycard, key fob, NFC sticker), a pin code or password. Simply download the terminal app on your tablet and fix the device to the wall. Click here to find out how to configure everything step by step. The terminal is connected to our web and mobile app so that you don’t have to worry about the accuracy of your time sheets.
Many employees don’t take their breaks. Regular breaks are important. They increase the wel-being and efficiency of the employees. We have created break regulations to motivate employees to keep their breaks. According to the legal regulations in Germany, an employee is obliged to take a 30-minute break after 6 hours of work. We will inform you if breaks are not observed correctly.
A working time model depicts an employee’s target working hours. You can add them manually or choose from our templates. The templates can be useful if you have several employees with the same employement relationship in the company. Each working time model is valid from the day on which the new employee joined the company.
If an employee changes his or her employment relationship within the year, you can just add a new working time model. Then, a new leave entitlement is computed depending on the current working time model. Moreover, ifemployees work on public holidays or weekends, you can add bonuses.

Why aren’t my actual hours worked in my time sheet?
The reason for this is that you probably only recorded your project hours. Remember that there is a difference between your project hours and your working hours. Your working hours are the number of hours you spend each day at work. Project hours, on the other hand, are the number of hours you spend on individual projects. So the next time you want to track your attendance, it’s best to use our timer or enter your attendance manually. You will find both under the menu point attendances.
Why aren’t my target hours in my time sheet?
If target hours aren’t displayed, that means that you haven’t set up a working hours model for your employee yet. You can change that easily under settings. Just select the user’s profile and enter the employment relationship. Make sure that you specify the date when the employee joined the company. If you need further information, make sure you watch our explanatory video on time sheets.
What is the best way to store my time sheets?
At the end of the month, you have the option of printing your timesheet or saving it as a PDF file on your computer. All you need to do is click on the printer icon.
How can I track my breaks?
This is how you can record your breaks: Either set an automatic break deduction or enter breaks manually. You also record them, when you clock out and clock in again, when you finished your break. Whatever you choose, we save it immediately.
Can I also see the breaks I took in my time sheet?
Yes, you do. All you have to do is open your monthly report. Each break is displayed directly under your daily working hours. As soon as someone forgets to enter their breaks, we draw attention to it with a “Attention” symbol. To avoid such situations, it’s best to set an automatic break deduction. This way, you will never have to remember if you have saved your breaks again.
What is an annual report?
An annual report is a snapshot of all target and actual hours up to now. The current working day is not included here if no end time has yet been entered.
