View Current Plan
Under Settings > General > Subscription you will find your Web Address as well as all settings and information about your subscription, which you can enter, add to and update in the same way as your billing data.
Under Current Plan you can see which subscription and how many licences you have, which payment method you have selected (annual/monthly), until when the subscription is valid, whether and how it is extended.
Edit Subscription
Um ein Abo abzuschließen oder Ihr Aktuelles zu bearbeiten, die Benutzeranzahl oder den Abotyp zu ändern, gehen Sie unter Aktuelles Abo > Abo ändern. Im Anschluss wählen Sie die Zahlungshäufigkeit (monatlich/jährlich), die Währung (USD/EUR), den gewünschten Abotyp (Standard/Premium/Gold) und die Anzahl an Benutzern aus.
To subscribe or edit your current subscription, change the number of users or the subscription type, you go to Current Plan > Change Plan. Then you select the Payment Frequency (monthly/yearly), the Currency (USD/EUR), the preferred Subscription Type (Standard/Premium/Gold) and the Number of Users.
Edit Billing Data
If you have not entered your Invoice Details yet, please fill them in now (Bill to / Billing address / Adress Addition), continue to the Payment Method and enter the name of the cardholder and the credit card number.

Reduce Number of Users
If you reduce your Number of Users, the Aliquot Amount you paid for the rest of the year will be credited to your account. If you buy the licence again, your credit will be applied first and you will pay the difference if there is any amount left. Otherwise, you only pay the amount that accrues Aliquot until the End of Your Billing Period.
Payment by Invoice or Credit Card
If you do not wish to pay for your subscription by credit card, please send us an Email with your TimeTrack Account Name (accountname.timetrackenterprise.com), your Company Name with Billing Address and UID Number, as well as the number of Users required and the Subscription Type (Standard/Premium/Gold).
We only offer payment by invoice for Annual Payments. However, we recommend that you pay by credit card because this gives you more flexibility. Especially in companies where the number of users varies, a flexible payment method is beneficial because you only pay the amount of licences used.
Billing History and Cancellation of Subscription
You can view your Billing History and download the invoices at any time. This saves you time and you can always check transparently what you paid for and how much you paid on the last invoice.
If you want to cancel your subscription, click on Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation.
You can also edit your invoice data by clicking on the data already saved, editing it and confirming with Update.
