The TimeTrack time clock is the easiest way for time tracking and it helps you to track your pure working time. In order to show the time clock to your users and allow them to work with it, you need to go to Data Administration > Users > Select User > Working hours model show settings > Select Timesheet from Project Time / Attendance.
When you use this form of time tracking, you clock in at the beginning of your workday and clock out at the end.
With the web app, mobile app and terminal app, just press the start and stop button and TimeTrack knows how many hours you have worked and it automatically creates your timesheet.
With the mobile app, you can additionally record your GPS location, which is visible under attendances.
You can go on break carefree, because TimeTrack automatically deducts your break according to the legal requirements or your own break schedule. This means you don’t have to worry about clocking out and clocking back in.
If you clock out for the break, TimeTrack recognizes the time until you clock back in as a break and takes that into account against your target working hours.
You can find your attendances and those of your employees under Attendance > Attendances. There you can select the period, if necessary the department, as well as individual employees from whom you want to see the attendances.
You will find the start date with the exact time, the end date with the exact time, the duration of the break and the duration of the working day.
You will also find the GPS locations which show you where the users have clocked in and out via the mobile app.
We are happy to help you!
