Locations, Work Areas, Teams, and Skills

In TimeTrack, you can define all the locations of your company and relevant work areas that will be considered in shift scheduling. For example, a location could be Berlin, with work areas such as Production, Sales, and Marketing.

Key skills for the work in your company can also be recorded and used for shift planning. For the work area “Marketing,” a relevant skill might be “Data Analysis.” These skills can be assigned to the appropriate employees and factored into the planning.
