The legal working hours of all employees are recorded in the attendance tracking module. All absences of the team are saved in the same way. Time compensation, sick leave or vacation – we record all absences and display them on your time sheet. Employees can access their attendance times at any time and never lose track of their working hours.
You can enter all absences directly in the system. Once you choose a time period and an absence type, you just have to wait for approval. We will instantly send your request to the responsible user so that he can accept your request. Once the holiday has been confirmed, the absence is recorded and stored in the calendar (iCal). Simple and fast – Just as time recording systems are meant to be.
Typical absence types can be: Vacation, sick leave, or time compensation. You can add further absence types manually. For a new absence type, you have to define whether it counts as a regular leave day or as a time reduction. In the case of a regular leave day, the absence is deducted from the regular annual leave entitlement. If you reduce hours, you claim time compensation. This means that you pay for overtime by taking time off on a certain day.
User rights are set directly in the user profile. You can set, for example, which users can approve leave requests from other employees. This function is well-suited for team leaders, for instance. Thus, in addition to the admin, the team leader can also approve the absences or leave requests of his team.
Public holidays must be taken into account when recording working hours. Don’t worry, we’re taking care of it. Simply select the country you’re working in and the holiday schedule that suits your state. If there is another holiday you want to add, such as a corporate day for instance, you can do that manually.
