6. Create a provisional invoice in TimeTrack. Select a customer and all incurred project efforts that you want to invoice. (Note: The invoice in TimeTrack is only used to select which time entries and expenses you want to transfer to QuickBooks for the final invoicing).
7. Now before exporting the invoice to QuickBooks make sure to go back to Integration > Edit Setting for Export and select if your time entries should be grouped by service types or be exported individually. You can choose from the service types you defined in QuickBooks via our drop down menu.
8. After that, go to Invoicing – here you will see a QuickBooks logo for each invoice that was created. If you click on it, your invoice will be exported automatically.
9. Once the invoice has been successfully submitted to QuickBooks, a blue checkmark will appear next to your invoice in TimeTrack. Click on it to open the invoice in QuickBooks.
