Break Regulations

The recording of working hours, including breaks, is legally required. With TimeTrack, you can automatically enforce these break regulations, such as 30 minutes after 6 hours of work or at least 45 minutes after 9 hours of work. The software allows you to use predefined break templates that comply with legal requirements. If your company has its own break policies, you can create custom templates to specify when and how long breaks should last.

TimeTrack also provides features like automatic break deductions and checks if breaks are taken correctly. If there are violations, the software immediately displays a warning on the timesheet.

Advanced Options:

• Breaks as Working Time: Breaks shorter than the minimum duration are counted as working time.
• Deduct Only the Difference: For part-time employees, only the actual break time is deducted, not a flat 30 minutes. For example, after 6 hours and 10 minutes of work, only a 10-minute break is deducted.
