5. Log in to TimeTrack and navigate to Settings > General > Integration > Personio.
6. Click “Configure Personio” and enter your credentials (Client ID and API Secret).

You can import Personio users into TimeTrack either automatically or manually:

Within the system, you can define whether absences should be exported from TimeTrack to Personio or imported from Personio into TimeTrack—depending on which system you use as the primary source for absence management. You select the relevant absence types in both systems and map them accordingly. Once the configuration is complete, an automated workflow is created to ensure accurate and continuous synchronisation of absence data between the two systems.
