FAQ about TimeTrack Enterprise

Do I have to choose a subscription at the beginning of the trial period?

No! You can register for free and test TimeTrack Enterprise for 14 days. During the trial period or after the trial period you can choose a subscription.

Are there any other costs in addition to the subscription?

No! We do not charge an activation, management or maintenance fee compared to other providers. You get the admin user for free!

How are the costs per user calculated?

With every subscription the admin user is already included and there are no costs for admin users. You can adjust the subscription at any time, increase or decrease the number of active users or change the subscription type. The costs are always calculated proportionally.

Are there discounts for more than 20 users?

Can I install TimeTrack Enterprise on my own private server?

Yes we also offer On Premise licensing model! We can set up TimeTrack Enterprise on your company server or on a private server reserved only for you. Send us the number of users and you will receive a quote.

What happens at the end of the trial period?

You can then select a subscription package. Your data will not be deleted even if you need more than 14 days to select the subscription.

Are all functions included in the trial period?

Yes! All TimeTrack Enterprise functions are available to you for 14 days.

On which devices can TimeTrack Enterprise be used?

You can use TimeTrack Enterprise on any iOS, Android or Windows Phone device. You can use the Web App on any PC or Mac. The Web App is even optimized for mobile devices and automatically adjusts to any screen size.

Is it possible to implement additional functions if required?

Yes. However, this is only possible with the OnPremise license model, i.e. if TimeTrack is installed on your own server or on a server that was rented only for you. Contact us for more information.

What are the notice periods?

We offer a monthly and an annual subscription. You can cancel until the end of the selected term. In the settings you can deactivate the automatic renewal of the current subscription with one click.
