Automated and Legal Attendance Tracking
Timesheets are automatically created from the tracked project hours. Thus each employee can check his or her exact working hours, overtime, and breaks at any time. All you have to do is make sure that employees record their arrivals and departures regularly- TimeTrack takes care of the rest and even checks the entries for legal requirements.
Employees’ absences are documented as part of the leave management. Each user can submit a holiday or absence request directly in the system, which must be approved. All registered absences can be taken from a leave calendar. The holiday entitlement of each individual employee is calculated on the basis of the employment contract stored.
