How much does the Compact plan cost?
The Compact plan costs €2 per user per month (net price). It is available from a minimum of 10 licenses and is offered as an annual subscription.
Is a trial version of TimeTrack available?
Yes. You can try TimeTrack free of charge for 14 days with no obligation. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the Gold plan. After the trial ends, you can decide which plan best fits your needs.
How is working time recorded by employees?
Working time is recorded via stationary TimeTrack terminals or alternatively through the web, tablet, or mobile app.
Does the Compact plan include time tracking terminals?
Time tracking terminals are available for rent exclusively with the Compact plan. With higher-tier plans, the devices can also be purchased.
What are the requirements for using a terminal?
For operation, a LAN connection (recommended) or alternatively Wi-Fi, as well as a stable internet connection, is required. Installation is carried out on site using the included installation guide.
Is absence management included in the Compact plan?
No. The Compact plan does not include absence management. If you require features such as vacation or sick leave management, you can upgrade to the Standard plan at any time.
How is support handled at TimeTrack?
